TRACK YOUR ORDER:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated e-mail with the tracking details of your order. 

TIMELINES:

Most of our orders are delivered within 2-3 weeks from purchase pending availability and credit verification, as all our pieces are made to order. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 2-4 business days of its ship date.

Please note that any delays caused in delivery due to logistical issues are not in our control and we are not responsible for the same.

RECEIVING ORDER GUIDELINES:

As we ship your orders via third-party shipment agencies, we want to ensure that the parcel reaches you intact and in good condition. Therefore, in case you receive a damaged, broken, or opened parcel, we request you to record a video and take images of the same and not accept the order. You can mail all the images and videos along with the order number so that we can use the same to resolve the issue for you at the earliest and settle claims with the shipment agency.

PROCESS:

Once you have placed an order on our website, our system puts your order into the process. Once the order is processed we'll send you a detailed size chart to ensure a perfect fit. Please measure yourself at home and confirm your measurements within 4-6 hours. Upon confirmation, we'll proceed with your order and then once your outfit(s) is out from the manufacturing unit, the ordered item(s) are passed through multi-level quality checks. Your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. After the order is dispatched, a unique tracking identity number is sent to you on your registered email & mobile number via SMS. You can track the status of the order delivery on the courier partner’s official website using the tracking number.
