Once you place your order, we'll send you a detailed size chart to ensure a perfect fit. Please measure yourself at home and confirm your measurements within 4-6 hours. Upon confirmation, we'll proceed with your order.
We know that self measuring isn't always perfect, which is why we include generous margins in all our garments to allow for easy adjustments.
How long does it take to deliver my order ?
Most of our orders are delivered within 2-3 weeks from purchase pending availability and credit verification, as all our pieces are made to order. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 2-4 business days of its ship date.
Do you provide expedited delivery ?

How do I cancel my order?

How do I return my product?
Since all our garments are made to order, we have a strict no-return policy. In the event that you face a sizing issue, we can process or schedule a fitting/alteration.

Why have I not received my order yet?

Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, it’s not necessary to create an account if you wish to place an order. You can just simply provide your shipping and billing address, select the payment method and place an order.
What are the accepted payment methods for domestic transaction ?

There was a payment failure while placing my order, what should I do?
If the amount has been deducted from your bank account then we would request you to wait for 24 hours as it’s usually credited back to your account. If you do not receive the amount, email us at namastesisters@gmail.com with your bank account statement and we will help you further.
Delivery is not available at my address, what should I do?
We would request you to check again after some days as we are trying to add more pin codes to our deliverable address list.
Do I need to pay any delivery or courier charges for my order?
No, there is no courier or delivery charge applicable on your orders. We have free shipping for all orders placed on www.namasteesisters.com

We will send you tracking details once your order is shipped from our warehouse.
