1. EXCHANGE POLICY:
- Since all our products are made to order, we do not offer an exchange.
In case of Alterations :
- We offer ONE free alteration for our products. Additional alterations will be charged separately.
- Freight Charges: All shipping costs for exchanges are to be covered by the customer.
- Custom Orders: Please note that we do not accept exchanges or returns on custom orders, as they are made to individual specifications.
2. RETURN POLICY:
Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer returns or refunds. We recommend carefully reviewing your order before completing your purchase.

3. DAMAGES AND ISSUES:
Please record a video while opening your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
